2255 12th Place NW
This Week’s Find is a bright yellow two-bedroom house on 12th Place near the U Street Corridor. 12th Place is a short two-block street known for its colorful houses that is just around the corner from the Florida Avenue Grill. Aside from the renovations, hardwood floors and exposed brick, the things we like about this house are the second bedroom, which has a cool office area attached to it, and the fenced-in patio off the kitchen. The seller priced this house well, particularly considering an almost identical home down the street is listed for about $530,000 and has been sitting on the market for over a month. We give this home through the weekend before it is under contract. More details and photos below.
- Address: 2255 12th Place NW (map)
- Price: $485,000
- Bedrooms: Two
- Bathrooms: One
- Square Footage: 954
