Grand Opening for Luxury Townhomes in Lansdowne
The Towns of Lansdowne Square is a collection of 23 luxury urban townhomes in Lansdowne, VA featuring three- and four-bedroom multi-level floorplans, designed to blend modern luxury and convenience. The homes are located in the heart of Lansdowne Town Center, just a short walking distance to Harris Teeter and nearby shops and restaurants.
The spacious homes feature hardwood flooring, refined fixtures and energy efficient windows throughout. The gourmet kitchens come complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and high-end finishes.
Master bedroom suites at The Towns of Lansdowne Square have an open layout which includes a walk-in closet and a large luxurious bathroom with porcelain tub and glass enclosed shower. Owners of these new homes will also have access to a private roof terrace and secure garage parking. Optional elevator homes are also available with spacious rooftop terraces and outdoor kitchens.
The townhomes at Lansdowne Square will be available this summer, with prices starting in the mid $500s, however the sales gallery and model residence located are open Saturday through Wednesday from 11am to 5pm at at 19345 Diamond Lake Drive Leesburg, VA 20176 (map).
Phase I homes have sold out and Phase II homes are now available. Prospective buyers and interested parties are invited to attend the Grand Opening event being held on Saturday, March 4th and Sunday, March 5th. To register for the event, click here.
