Constellation on H: Something New on the Corridor
In October, Constellation on H will deliver 28 unique, luxury condominiums to the H Street Corridor. The property sits on an entire city block (map) and boasts finishes and floorplans not often seen in new construction in DC. Sales are underway, with one bedroom prices starting in the high $300s, and two bedroom prices starting in the low $600s.
Constellation on H features one-, two- and three-bedroom condos, including seven one-of-a-kind, two-story duplexes. As a triangular property, almost all of the homes are afforded at least one outdoor space, and one two-bedroom penthouse boasts two balconies and a 600-square-foot roof deck with views of the Capitol and the Washington Monument.
Beyond the white-speckled red brick exterior, residences range from a 660 square foot one bedroom and 1000+ square foot two bedroom, to a roomy 1,774-square-foot dual-level penthouse, with elegant, industrial finishes including black stainless steel appliances and bronze fixtures—a sleek combination rarely seen in new DC condominiums. Residences also feature hardwood floors, full-sized washer/dryers, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ceilings that reach as high as 20 feet. Constellation on H will also be home to 5,000 square feet of retail space, and property amenities include a lobby, smart home technology, storage space and secure bike room.
Residents will have easy access to all the walkable shops, fitness centers, restaurants and bars that the H Street Corridor has to offer. The neighborhood’s new Whole Foods market is close by, as are Giant and Safeway, and area restaurants include Maketto, Toki Underground and Sally’s Middle Name.
Sales and marketing for Constellation on H are by Urban Pace. For more information on Constellation on H, visit the property online here or call sales manager Alex Edwards at 202.329.2247.
