In this week’s edition of Best New Listings, we look at a Mount Pleasant two-bedroom condo that may look familiar to longtime DC house hunters and a Capitol Hill loft with a creative tagline.

If you have been looking for a two-bedroom condo in DC for the past year, then this unit in Mount Pleasant might look familiar. (It sold back in January for about $90,000 more than what it is currently listed for.) The 1,680 square-foot renovated condo sits on the first two levels of a renovated early 20th century townhouse. It has a large living room and master bedroom, exposed brick and oak floors throughout, and a parking space in back. We are not sure what the condo fee includes, but it is one of the lowest that we have seen in this neighborhood in some time ($159/month). For the full listing, click here.
