TCS Realty Associates and Donohoe Development have filed new plans with Arlington County to deliver an 11-story residential and hotel development on the 81,062 square-foot site. The residential building will deliver units above 16,169 square feet of retail and the hotel would deliver 229 rooms and a rooftop bar. The site currently contains two small office buildings, a Silver Diner, a beer garden, and auto repair shop Joyce Motors.
