Trammell Crow subsidiary High Street Residential is working on a 90 foot-tall building with apartments above 7,440 square feet of retail. Twenty-nine of the units will be affordable to households earning up to 60% of AMI, and amenities will include a rooftop pool deck. The development will also deliver a public art element on P Street and provide 56 vehicular parking and 65 long-term bicycle spaces. The development team has filed a two-year extension that would make the PUD approval valid through the end of 2026.
