Fivesquares Development is developing a 14-acre mixed-use community atop the Metro station’s parking lot and the surrounding land. The first phase, which is complete, includes of the 1.2-acre "Central Park" and the partially-shared "Spine Road" that bisects the site, along with some interim uses that include a dog park. The multi-phase project will eventually deliver over 2,200 residential units and up to 317,537 square feet of non-residential space. Two of the buildings, Ravel and Royale, are already complete and are leasing up.
