Fivesquares Development has plans to develop a 14-acre mixed-use community atop the Metro station’s parking lot and the surrounding land. The first phase will include delivery of the 1.2-acre "Central Park" and the partially-shared "Spine Road" that will bisect the site, along with some interim uses that will include a dog park. The multi-phase project will eventually deliver over 2,200 residential units and up to 317,537 square feet of non-residential space.
