Dancing Crab Redevelopment

A two-year extension has been filed for the start of construction on the development planned at the former Dancing Crab at 4615 Wisconsin Avenue NW. The development would be a seven-story building with 41 apartments. A pair of two-bedroom units will be for households earning up to 60% of AMI, and there will be a one-bedroom unit for a household earning up to 50% of AMI. There will also be five garage and four alley parking spaces.
