The developer recently shared with the community that the rear surface parking lot could house medical office space with ground-floor retail, although for-sale townhouses and/or rental apartments are not entirely off the table. In the meantime, the Highlands Café has signed on to occupy what will be its second location sometime early next year, non-profit KBEC Group signed a lease for second-floor office space, and CVS is expected to build a standalone location further east on the site in 2021.
