Union Market
With designs by R2L:Architects and Oculus, the Kettler and Carr Properties development will include a sizeable "Union Market" mural visible from the Red Line train, and a mix of office, retail, condo and rental across six-buildings. The project will include the 11,500 square-foot Neal Place Park, to be lined with commercial space and will include a decoratively-paved walk, ambient lighting, 720 square feet of seating, boulder formations, and a bridge feature.
