Mid-City Financial Corporation plans to develop twenty acres across eight blocks near the Rhode Island Avenue Metro. The first phase of the project, sited between Rhode Island Avenue and Bryant Street from Montana Avenue to Downing Street, will include 181,000 square feet of retail below 1,700 rental and for-sale residential units.
