Thirty-two luxury units at the Wardman Tower, the iconic residential building at the corner of Connecticut Avenue and Woodley Road NW that was constructed by Harry Wardman in the early 1930s. The building has been renovated by a development team of the JBG Smith, a U.S. branch of Japanese builder Sekisui House, and architect Deborah Berke Partners over the past few years. Sales were being handled by Sotheby's.
