Spring Valley
Valor Development has plans to deliver approximately 200 apartments across two buildings, with 12 percent of units set aside as affordable. Plans include nearly 13,000 square-foot grocer and 1,500 additional square feet of retail. There will be approximately 600 parking spaces with the project. Community organizations Citizens for Responsible Development (CRD), Neighbors for a Livable Community, the Spring Valley-Wesley Heights Citizens Association, and nearby resident Marilyn Richert filed an appeal in July 2020 to dispute the Zoning Commission's approval of the project.
