It appears that progress has slowed to a crawl for the planned unit development (PUD) proposed at AU Park's former Superfresh grocery site. As proposed, the project, designed by Torti Gallas, would deliver 214 units, a 13,000 square foot grocer, and five townhouses to 4330 48th Street NW. Twelve percent of the residential space would be inclusionary zoning units, including at least 4 three-bedroom units. UrbanTurf has reached out to developer Valor Development for an update on the project, but has not heard back.
