This property will have 433 market rate and affordable residential units, designating one-third of units as affordable housing, and also includes a Whole Foods. This is a joint venture from MRP Residential, JBG Smith, Fundrise and Ellis Development and was designed by Hord Coplan Macht. Thirty percent of the units will be affordable to households earning up to 30 and 50 percent of area median income (AMI), and there will also be three below-grade parking levels with 350 spaces.
