The project is comprised of three phases and approximately 900 apartment units: Alexander House was the first phase, which is a renovation of an existing 16-story multi-family building with digital arts public use spaces. Elizabeth House III is the second phase, which is a 15-story senior building with health and wellness public use spaces and a public pool at its base. The third and final phase is Elizabeth House IV, which sits at 19 stories and provides apartments for millennials and public workspace for artists. All three buildings are anchored by a central plaza that encourages its residents to be a part of a diverse community and connect to nature.
