Hine School Redevelopment

Redevelopment of Hine Junior High School near Eastern Market to mixed-use development including 61,000 square feet of retail space, 150,000 square feet of office space, a plaza and underground parking. A new public piazza will offer space for Eastern Market vendors and community gatherings. A partnership between local developers EastBanc and Stanton among others has engaged Esocoff & Associates for design. The development will also reopen the grid at C Street and include a total of 320 below-grade parking spaces.
