Monday Properties has filed new plans with Arlington County to redevelop 1401 Wilson Boulevard and 1400 Key Boulevard into a pair of 27-story towers with a total of 831 new apartments. The towers would include: Key Tower -- a 300-foot tall northern building at the corner of Key Boulevard and N. Nash Street with 325 apartments and a 17,025-square foot ground floor grocery store; and Wilson Tower -- a 300-foot tall southern building at the corner of Wilson Boulevard and N. Oak Street with approximately 500 apartments and about 12,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The new development will also bring a variety of retail to this section of Rosslyn, as well as a number of open spaces throughout the project, including a major component of the long-planned 18th Street Corridor, which will provide pedestrian access between N. Oak Street and N. Nash Street.
