The Hecht Warehouse at Ivy City
Douglas Development is redeveloping the Hecht Warehouse into a mixed-use project with 196,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 335 residential units above. Eight percent of the residential units will be set aside as affordable. There are also plans for an additional, 8,000 square foot retail space that would sit in front of the Hecht Warehouse.
