Landmark Gateway is a mixed-use development in the West End of Alexandria at the northeast corner of S. Pickett and S. Van Dorn Streets. Green City Development are partnered with Mill Creek Residential Trust to develop a 3-building apartment community, including the now complete Modera Tempo, with 15,000 sq. ft. of street level retail. Architects Collaborative designed the project.
