This site at 8300 Wisconsin Avenue, formerly a Clarion Hotel, was planned as a three-building luxury condominium complex called Trillium in 2006, but then-developer The Patrinely Group was unable to secure enough sales to start construction. The site was purchased by StonebridgeCarras in March 2011 for $29 million. The new development team constructed a 10-story, 359-unit apartment building with a 50,000 square foot Harris Teeter.
