EYA will be constructing 100+ new townhomes at "Mosaic" or what has been referred to as Merrifield Town Center. Edens & Avant is the master developer for the project. The mixed-use project will include a Angelika Film Center & Cafe, MOM's Organic Market, Matchbox, Black's Bar & Kitchen and a new Target among other retailers, residential, hospitality, and commercial development.
