Pulte has filed plans with Montgomery County for a project at 6001 Montrose Road which would deliver 106 units comprising 23 townhomes and 83 condominiums spread across two buildings. The design shows a six-story condo building and a five-story condo building lining Montrose Road, with lobbies and secondary entrances opening directly onto the street, while the townhouses are organized into two internal rows around a central alley. Both condo buildings sit atop a single level of above-grade structured parking. The project's open space is anchored by a southeast-corner urban plaza and a central community park, totaling about 11,785 square feet.
