Five years after being pitched, a new development along Mt. Pleasant's main drag is looking to deliver this summer (2025). Starting last year, Velocity Property Management began to restore the laundromat façade and add three stories to deliver nine new residential units, along with 1,420 square feet of ground-floor retail. KASA Architecture is the designer. Real estate listings for the new units show that initial pricing for the condos will range from the low $400,000s to about $900,000 for the penthouse.
