Hazel and Azure, a two-building development from Zom Living, delivered 491 apartments and ground-floor retail at Potomac Avenue between 29th and 33rd Streets S earlier this year. Amenities at the new building include a rooftop pool, an outdoor deck and grilling area, a fitness and wellness spa, and coworking spaces with private offices. There are also plans for a boxing gym and coffeeshop on the ground floor of the development. bKL Architecture is the architect and LSG Landscape Architecture designed the outdoor space.
