Penzance, in partnership with The Baupost Group, has filed plans with Arlington County for a new three-building development that will deliver new residential units. The project will be located at the site of Rosslyn Gateway, two office buildings that Penzance purchased from JBG SMITH in 2023. The breakdown of the new residential buildings includes: 30-story tower with upwards of 461 residential units, 27-story tower with upwards of 319 apartments, and an 82-unit luxury condominium building.
