From developers MRP Realty and Florida Rock, plans call for two 130-foot residential buildings with 309 and 281 apartments, respectively, along with approximately 6,300 square feet of ground-floor retail that will sit along the water. A community dog park will be constructed between the two buildings and a garden with native plants will be located to the east of the 281-unit building.
