Part of the larger Bridge District development, The Frederick and The Douglass are two mixed-use multifamily apartment buildings began construction in 2022. They will have immediate access to waterfront views, walking and biking trails and prime entertainment areas such as the Capital Riverfront. The apartment buildings will hold 12% as designated workforce affordable housing units.
