Taicoon Property Partners will take its plans for a seven-story, 88-unit luxury condominium project at 1501 Langston Boulevard before the Arlington County Site Plan Review Committee in March 2026. The WDG Architecture-designed building will take the place of a vacant office building that served as home to the Air & Space Forces Association for 40 years. Given the former use, Taicoon is planning a 1,300 square-foot Air Force Heritage Gallery and museum on the ground floor of the development which will include meeting and event space open to residents and community groups.
