The development site currently consists of an office building that sold a year ago after serving as home to the Air & Space Forces Association for 40 years. As part of a conceptual site plan application filed with the county, the development team is proposing improvements to Langston Boulevard and the Custis Trail path as part of the project. There are also plans for a "memorial and museum gallery for the Air Force community" at the property to pay homage to the site as the former headquarters of the Air and Space Force Association.
