Tevis Place

North Bethesda

Tevis Place will be a new affordable multi-family housing project near the North Bethesda Metro Station. The 7-story building will contain up to 154 units, below grade structured parking, on-site leasing office, and interior and exterior amenities. The community will contain a range of unit types, with 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units. All of the units will be designated as Moderately Priced Dwelling Units (MPDUs). The building’s design and site planning will create an attractive urban environment that will attract a range of residents of all ages, incomes, and ethnicities.
