Broad Branch Partners and Mosaic Realty Partners have filed a concept plan application with Montgomery County for a development that would bring 54 condominiums and six townhouse units to a plot just east of Woodmont Triangle. In addition to the 60 proposed residential units, there will be 99 structured private parking spaces, and a half-acre public park as part of the new development. Seven of the residences will be moderately-priced dwelling units.
