The Riverfront at West Hyattsville

A proposed development from Gilbane Development Company would deliver units above 15,000 square feet of retail for the eight acres west of Ager Road and Lancer Drive. The overall development has already incorporated improvements to the Anacostia River Northwest Branch Trail and will also deliver 4.5 acres of public parkland with an amphitheater. The first phase of this project is complete and included 183 townhomes and Sovren Aparments. Future phases are in the works.
