The nonprofit So Others Might Eat (SOME) is in the process of renovating and modernizing Shalom House, a 93-unit multifamily residential building that SOME owns. The three-story building formerly housed 93 affordable units, but was in need of significant upgrades and renovations given its age. All of the apartments will be for DC residents with median family incomes (MFI) at or below 60%.
