Fortis has proposed to develop the sites of the National Science Teaching Association building, as well as buildings that were occupied by Rhodeside Grill and Il Radicchio restaurant, into a new residential project at 1805 Clarendon Boulevard and 1840 Wilson Boulevard. The new seven-story mixed-use building would have apartments, as well as 12,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. In addition to six levels of apartments, there would be loft units on the first floor. The new project would have 118 vehicle parking spaces and 89 bicycle spaces.
