Goodwill and AHC, Inc. have filed plans with Arlington County for a development at the site of the Goodwill retail store and donation center. The six-floor project will consist of five levels of affordable housing above a new Goodwill store and donation center, and the units would be for residents earning up to 60% area median income. The new development will also have 3,000 square feet for a child care center.
