Developer Hundred Fund has filed plans with DC for a new 60-unit residential development along Good Hope Road SE. The project, designed by Square 134 Architects, would be built from the ground up on the site of a now-closed laundromat. The 65-foot tall development would have retail on the cellar and first floors, as well as parking. No details yet on the unit size or how many affordable apartments would be provided. The new building would be just the latest planned addition to one of Anacostia's main corridors.
