From Crescent Communities, an eight-story multifamily building and four, four-story residential buildings with 34 vertical apartments. Nearly 600 parking spaces will be provided across the new development. The site currently consists of the Hotel Pentagon, formerly a Best Western, as well as a Comfort Inn. These buildings would be demolished to make way for the new project.
