The Faircliff is affordable housing project from Somerset Development Company, Jonathan Rose Companies and Housing Up, and includes 80 affordable replacement units for former Faircliff Plaza East residents as well as 45 new affordable units available to households with income at or below 50% of Area Median Income. This is the affordable component of a two-building development with NOVEL 14th Street, a market-rate property.
