Cubed Partners filed a planned unit development application with the DC Zoning Commission for an all-affordable residential building. The existing building at the site would be razed and a new, 10-story plus penthouse building will be constructed at the site. The development will include 31 studios, 56 one-bedroom units and 11 two-bedroom units. All of the dwelling units will be affordable to income levels at or below 60% of area median income (AMI) with 20% of the units at or below 30% AMI.
