Phase one of Reston Station will deliver by the end of the year. Phase two will feature 35 townhomes, including elevator townhomes, with sales beginning this fall, and move-ins starting in 2023. In addition to the Anderson floorplan, phase two will include The Baker and The Conrad floorplans, starting from $1.1M and $1.2M respectively. Both include private in-home elevators, two-car garage parking and three bedrooms, with the option of up to four bedrooms.
