The family that has owned the Cap Liquor store across from Nationals Park for more than two decades is working to redevelop the site with a 10-story development. The project will incorporate the façade of the rowhouse at the address and will also include 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail, 4,560 square feet of second-floor office space, and 17 long-term bicycle spaces. 6 of the units will be Inclusionary Zoning (IZ).
