National Landing

Block M will replace the current structure on this site with two 30-story residential buildings. A new application was filed last fall, supplanting one to deliver a 24-story, 520,000 square-foot office building with 15,000 square feet of retail and a 31-story building with 645 apartments above 20,000 square feet of retail.
