Grosvenor has a plan is in the works to replace an office building adjacent to The British International School of Washington with a five-story residential/educational building. As proposed, the building will have residential units and approximately 5,600 square feet for use by the British International School. The new development will also include a below-grade auditorium and reconfigured outdoor recreation space. There will be 256 parking spaces.
