OPaL is redeveloping a warehouse in Adolph Cluss Court into a pair of three-bedroom lofts, UrbanTurf has learned. The planned lofts are named after Adolf Cluss, the architect of the Smithsonian Castle. The red brick warehouse built in the 1890s sits at the corner of two wide alleys at 1237-1239 Rear C Street SE.GPS Designs is the architect on the project.
