Louis at 14th

U Street

Louis is a mixed-use project that will replace a variety of fast food establishments on the west side of 14th Street just south of U Street. The project will include a 9-story, 267-unit apartment building with 30,000 sq. ft. of street level retail. The JBG Companies partnered with developer Georgetown Strategic Capital after their original plans stalled (originally the project was called Utopia). Construction started at the end of February 2012. JBG and Georgetown Strategic Capital are working with architect Eric Colbert & Associates and interior designer Cecconi Simone on the project.
