Redevelopment and revitalization of downtown Falls Church by Atlantic Realty Companies. City Center South will be built in two phases over five years. The project contains more than 100,000 square feet of retail space that includes a grocery store (Harris Teeter has signed a letter of intent to occupy the space), 90,000 square feet of office, 412 apartments, 16 townhouses, 134 active adult condominiums, a 180-room hotel, and a new bowling facility.
