Currently the site of a US Bowling alley, a mixed-use residential with street level retail project is planned. Nicknamed The Lanes, Capital Investment Advisors, LLC is proposing to remove the bowling alley and replace it with a 6-story mid-rise with 16,925 sq. ft. of street level retail and three levels of garage parking as well as additional surface parking. The developer is targeting a smaller, neighborhood serving grocer like Trader Joe's or MOM's Organic Market. The property will need to go through the rezoning process and switch from Commercial General to a zoning that will allow for residential.
