National Harbor

Bozzuto has partnered with National Harbor master developer The Peterson Companies to develop the first rental building in National Harbor. The building will sit on the block behind (west of) One National Harbor, the first condominium building constructed in the community. It will include 25,000 sq. ft. of retail on the ground level and will be LEED certified. The $89 million project is expected to start construction in Q1 of 2012.
